Technology Services provides computing support for
the Huntington University community. This team is responsible for
installing and maintaining university-owned computer equipment and
software, and providing training for faculty and staff.
The Call Center is the primary contact for technical support. With
a campus this large it is a challenge for the Technical Services team
to keep track of all the requests for help. By contacting the Call
Center your request is entered in a database where it can be tracked
to make sure that the request for help is serviced. By routing your
request through the Call Center we can assign specific technicians
who are specialists in the area of computing with which you need help.
Students, faculty, and staff can submit requests for help in several
ways:
- Log into the Call Center using your HU network ID and password
to submit an online request
- Call the TS Call Center at 4090
- E-mail callcenter@huntingon.edu
with a description of your problem or question
Search the Knowledge
Base for information on topics such as passwords, wireless network,
webmail, and anti-virus packages. You can find answers to the most
commonly asked questions.
